Roasted Baby Potatoes
Roasted Baby Potatoes prepared in a Cook & Hold.
Ingredients
- Baby Potatoes (1kg)
- Montreal Seasoning (10g)
- Chopped Onions (20g)
- Italian Herb Mix (5g)
- Olive Oil (15g)
Preparation
1. Preheat Cook & Hold to 125°C
2. Clean the baby potatoes, mix with all of the seasoning ingredients, and put in a GN pan
3. Place the pan into the Cook & Hold
4. Cook for 45 minutes at 125°C
5. Hold for 1 to 2 hours at 70°C
