Low Temperature Chicken Breast
Chicken Breast prepared in a Cook & Hold
Ingredients
- Chicken Breast (500g)
- Oil (20g)
- Salt (10g)
- Cajun Seasoning (30g)
- Paprika Powder (20g)
Preparation
1. Preheat the Cook & Hold to 125°C
2. Clean the chicken breast
3. Place in a GN pan and marinate with all of the seasonings for 20 minutes
4. Place the chicken in the oven and cook for 6 minutes at 125°C
5. Hold at 70°C for 1 hour
