Curry Pork Chops
Curry Pork Chops prepared in a Cook & Hold.
Ingredients
- 3 Pork Chops (400g)
- Chopped Onions (10g)
- Yellow Curry Paste (30g)
- Lemon Grass (5g)
- Sugar (10g)
- Oil (20g)
- Salt (5g)
- Water (50g)
Preparation
1. Place the grill rack into the Combi oven and preheat to 240°C
2. Marinate the pork chops with all of the ingredients for 20 minutes
3. Place the pork chops on top of the grill rack directly and cook each side for 1 minute
4. Preheat the Cook & Hold or holding unit to 65°C
5. Remove the pork chops from the Combi and place into the Cook & Hold for 20 minutes
