Cold Smoked Garlic Bulbs

Cold smoked garlic bulbs are a wonderful appetizer served with sausages, meats or cheeses.  

Ingredients

Fresh Garlic Bulbs

Preparation

Place 4 c. (1 Liter) ice in a steam table pan and place it above the smoker element. 
Place 4 c. (1 Liter) ice in the drip pan 
Place as many garlic bulbs on an icing rack leaving a little space between bulbs. 
Cold smoke with no heat for 45 minuets 
Remove and store at room temperature

Use in favorite recipe such as Sausages, Sauces,Meats,Cheeses.
