Two Sales Leaders Join Alto-Shaam's U.S. General Market Team
Alto-Shaam strengthens its U.S. General Market team with Justin Harkey as SVP of Sales and Sean Fleming as Regional Sales Manager for the West.
Alto-Shaam has strengthened its General Market team in the United States with two new sales team members with more than 50 years of collective foodservice industry expertise.
Justin Harkey has been appointed as the Senior Vice President of Sales. In his new role, Justin will lead the United States' General Market team in executing sales growth initiatives and enhancing customer and partner relationships.
Justin has extensive expertise in developing partner relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, and cultivating high-performing teams. Prior to joining Alto-Shaam, he served as Vice President of Sales at ITW, where he led the sales team, drove growth, and transformed its dealer partner network. He has also held leadership roles in sales and operations at Rational and Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG).

Additionally, Sean Fleming has been appointed Regional Sales Manager for the West region of Alto-Shaam's General Market team. Sean brings over 32 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He spent 16 years as a chef in Michelin Star restaurants before transitioning to sales. Most recently, he served as a Business Development Manager at TriMark USA, where he managed sales for the Northern California/Peninsula territory.
“Sean’s deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience make him a perfect fit for our team,” Lucy said. “His ability to build strong relationships and understand customer challenges and needs will be instrumental in driving our success in the West region.”
As Regional Sales Manager – West, Sean will be responsible for managing and achieving sales goals, and developing relationships with dealers, consultants, major end users, and rep groups. He will also work cross-functionally to provide an exceptional experience to customers and partners.
