Alto-Shaam
Alto-Shaam showcases cutting-edge oven technologies with celebrity chefs at National Restaurant Association Show
Throughout the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, Alto-Shaam will demonstrate its latest multi-cook and combination ovens, as well as feature renowned guest chefs at booth #4454.
Alto-Shaam will showcase its complete kitchen equipment solutions, including its latest innovations in the multi-cook category, at the National Restauration Association (NRA) Show 2024, with a series of guest chefs at booth #4454 from May 18-21, 2024.
On the stand, Alto-Shaam will demonstrate its pioneering Converge® and Vector® multi-cook ovens. Featuring patented Structured Air Technology®, and up to four independent ovens in one, multi-cook ovens allow multiple food items – from cookies, to salmon and fries – to be cooked in the same oven, at the same time with zero flavor transfer, with the option to steam, air fry, bake and grill simultaneously.
Available in a variety of sizes and configurations, Alto-Shaam multi-cook ovens provide expanded menu potential in the smallest footprint, and will be showcased at NRA by guest chefs Rosana Rivera and Ricardo Castro, winners as seen on the Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay and now run their own catering business, Chef & The Baker, in Tampa, Florida.
Also throughout the show, popular New York chef, restaurateur and one of Alto-Shaam’s longest customers, Charlie Roesch, best known as Charlie The Butcher, will be cooking and serving his famous Beef on Weck sandwiches using Alto-Shaam’s Cook & Hold ovens.
“Since my father/our founder, Jerry Maahs, invented the Cook & Hold oven in 1968, they have never failed to deliver the highest quality of food and results, standing the test of time,” said Steve Maahs, Alto-Shaam CEO.
The ovens feature Alto-Shaam’s patented Halo Heat® technology which evenly surrounds food without the use of any hot elements, added humidity or fans, to consistently deliver the highest quality food. Designed for built-in savings, Alto-Shaam Cook & Hold ovens significantly lower labor and operating costs.
Alto-Shaam will also be showcasing its latest innovation in the combination oven category, Prodigi™, at NRA. Combining multiple cooking functions in a single appliance, Prodigi ovens execute any dish, however simple or complex, with the highest quality, precision and consistency every time. Thanks to its boilerless design, Prodigi ovens result in less water usage and maintenance costs, while delivering superior performance.
Throughout the show, Alto-Shaam chefs will be running culinary demos of its full system of product solutions, and how they can all be remotely managed using ChefLinc™, Alto-Shaam’s cloud-based remote oven management system. ChefLinc allows operators to create, manage and distribute recipes to ovens through the cloud, providing foodservice operators complete control of their equipment, menus, and business from anywhere.
“NRA is always one of the key shows of the year for our industry,” Steve continues. “We are looking forward to meeting with customers and partners, and demonstrating how our complete kitchen equipment solutions can help achieve their goals.”
