Alto-Shaam Expands Key Accounts Support

Enhancing support for our shared regional and national key customers, Alto-Shaam is pleased to welcome Katie Lawrenz as a Senior Customer Service Representative – Equipment Sales.  

Katie will support regional and national accounts to ensure a superior customer experience—serving as a proactive customer advocate from order placement through delivery.  She will work closely with the sales management team to promote customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Alto-Shaam, Katie worked at Wacker Neuson where she was a sales support specialist and supervisor of sales operations.
